About me

If you know that something has to change, but the challenge seems too big or the exact path is still unclear, you have come to the right place.

I support people who know for certain that something has to change, but cannot yet see where the path leads or how to get there.

Change is not a straight, easy walk. It is more like a journey over mountains and through valleys, which can be demanding and unsettling, yet also opens up many new perspectives. It is exactly in these phases that I offer direction, structure and support tailored to you.

My path here

When, after almost twenty years in HR, I sensed it was time to take a new professional direction, I began to consciously observe where my inner fire burns and what truly gives me energy.

The answer was clear: supporting people, helping them develop and move forward. That has always been my passion. Looking back, it was probably also one of the reasons I chose to study psychology.

After all those years in Human Resources, I realised that I wanted to dedicate myself fully to this passion for supporting people in their growth.

There is another reason why change in particular is so close to my heart. I know not only from theory and professional practice, but also from my own experience, how challenging it can be when the old no longer fits, yet the path to the new is still unclear or very demanding.

And I know how important it is to have someone at your side who meets you as an equal and supports you through this often bumpy journey of ups and downs.
